Did you know that Egypt and Syria once have been under one flag and coat of arms? Their United Arab Republic did last just from 1958 to 1972. Syria kept the red-white-black flag with the two green stars (Iraq kept three, Yemen kept one), Egypt replaced the stars with Saladin's eagle. If there will ever be a democratic Arab federation, it will need a new flag for its members. This is my idea of it, still a bird, but a symbol of peace and fair play. But wait, there's more. It looks like the coat of arms of Hyrule. A good reference, more than 52 million video game players freed their land from a dictator, over and over again since the 21st of February 1986. Not by commanding an army, as a single, average person, following the motto "Wisdom - Power - Courage".
